A vulnerability has been identified in Cerberus Helpdesk, which could be exploited by attackers to bypass security restrictions and gain knowledge of sensitive information. This flaw is due to an error in the Client Support Center that fails to properly validate the "ticket" parameter, which could be exploited by malicious users to gain unauthorized access to arbitrary tickets.
