A vulnerability has been identified in Sun Grid and N1 Grid engines, which could be exploited by malicious users to cause a denial of service or obtain elevated privileges. This flaw is due to an unspecified buffer overflow error, which could be exploited by local unprivileged users to kill either the "qmaster" or "execd" process and shutdown the grid service, or execute arbitrary commands with elevated privileges.
