A vulnerability has been identified in Lavasoft Personal Firewall, which could be exploited by local attackers to obtain elevated privileges. This flaw is due to a design error where certain windows are run with SYSTEM privileges, which could be exploited by malicious users to launch applications and execute arbitrary commands with SYSTEM privileges via the "open folder" option.
