A vulnerability has been identified in Kaillera Server, which could be exploited by remote attackers to take complete control of an affected system. This flaw is due to a buffer overflow error when handling overly long messages, which could be exploited by remote attackers to crash or compromise a vulnerable server via a specially crafted nickname.

Kaillera Server version 0.86 and prior
