A vulnerability has been identified in CodeAvalanche News, which may be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands. This flaw is due to an input validation error in the "admin/default.asp" script that does not validate the "password" parameter before being used in SQL statements, which could be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Note : An input validation error has also been identified in the "admin/add_news.asp" script, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary scripting code.
