Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in AWStats, which may be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands. This flaw is due to an input validation error in the "awstats.pl" script that fails to properly validate the "migrate" variable when the "AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser" option is enabled, which could be exploited by remote attackers to inject and execute arbitrary shell commands with the privileges of the web server.
