>> Albinator Multiple Parameter File Inclusion and Cross Site Scripting Vulnerabilities
|
Multiple vulnerabilities have been identified in Albinator, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands or scripting code.
The first issue is due to input validation errors in the "dlisting.php" and "showpic.php" scripts that do not validate the "cid" and "preloadSlideShow" parameters, which could be exploited by attackers to cause malicious scripting code to be executed by the user's browser.
The second flaw is due to input validation errors in the "eday.php", "eshow.php", and "forgot.php" scripts that do not validate the "Config_rootdir" parameter, which could be exploited by remote attackers to include malicious scripts and execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the web server.
Affected Products
