A vulnerability has been identified in McAfee WebShield SMTP, which could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. This flaw is due to a format string error when constructing bounce messages for non-existent domains, which could be exploited by unauthenticated remote attackers to crash or compromise a vulnerable system via a specially crafted original destination address.
