A vulnerability has been identified in PHP, which may be exploited by remote attackers to disclose sensitive information. This flaw is due to an error in the "html_entity_decode()" function that does not properly validate user-supplied input, which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a vulnerable PHP script to disclose and display portions of the memory.
