Calcium "EventText" Parameter Handling Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability
|
A vulnerability has been identified in Calcium, which may be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary scripting code. This flaw is due to an input validation error when processing the "EventText" parameter, which could be exploited by attackers to cause malicious scripting code to be executed by the user's browser via a specially crafted event.
Calcium version 3.10.1 and prior
Disable the "HTML in Events" setting via the "Display Settings" menu.
