Technical Description
Debian has released updated packages to address a vulnerability identified in ImageMagick. This flaw is due to an input validation error in the delegate code that does not properly handle an image file with a filename containing shell commands, which could be exploited by attackers to execute arbitrary commands by convincing a user to open a specially crafted image.
