Technical Description
A vulnerability has been identified in Cisco IP Phones, which may be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service. This flaw is due to an error in the IP stack that does not properly handle a SYN flood sent to an arbitrary port, which could be exploited by remote attackers to reload a vulnerable device.
