Two vulnerabilities were identified in Eudora Internet Mail Server (EIMS), which could be exploited by remote attackers to cause a denial of service.

The first issue is due to an unspecified error when processing malformed NTLM authentication requests, which could be exploited by remote attackers to crash a vulnerable server.

The second flaw is due to an error when processing corrupted Incoming Mail X or Temporary Mail files, which could be exploited to cause a denial of service.

Upgrade to Eudora Internet Mail Server (EIMS) version 3.2.8, or apply patches :
