A vulnerability has been identified in Microsoft Windows, which could be exploited by local attackers to bypass security policies and obtain elevated privileges. This flaw is due to a design error in the Windows Security Model that does not properly validate the "keybd_event" function when handling shared and/or restricted applications, which could be exploited by local attackers to bypass security restrictions (e.g. imposed by the "runas" command) and obtain elevated privileges.
