Two vulnerabilities were identified in Clam AntiVirus (ClamAV), which could be exploited by attackers to cause a denial of service.

- The first issue exists due to insufficient validation on cabinet file header data performed by the "ENSURE_BITS()" macro, which could be exploited via a specially crafted cabinet file to cause an infinite loop.

- The second flaw resides in the "cli_msexpand()" function that causes two file descriptors ("in" and "tmp") to be leaked, which could be exploited by attackers to exhaust file descriptors pool and memory.
